TrueCheck's services are designed for legitimate communication purposes, including but not limited to:
- One-time passwords (OTP) and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
- Account verification and identity confirmation messages
- Transactional notifications such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and appointment reminders
- Service alerts and account-related communications that the recipient has explicitly opted into
- Customer support responses initiated by the end user
All messages sent through TrueCheck must be relevant, expected, and authorized by the recipient. Users must maintain verifiable proof of consent for every recipient.
3. Prohibited Actions
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using TrueCheck's services:
- Sending messages to recipients who have not provided explicit, verifiable consent
- Purchasing, renting, or using third-party contact lists without proper consent verification
- Sending messages with false, misleading, or forged sender information
- Failing to honor opt-out or unsubscribe requests within the legally required timeframe
- Using TrueCheck to distribute phishing links, malware, or other malicious content
- Attempting to bypass spam filters, rate limits, or other anti-abuse mechanisms
- Sending messages that promote illegal goods, services, or activities
- Using automated tools to harvest phone numbers or email addresses for unsolicited messaging
4. Compliance with Laws
All users of TrueCheck must comply with applicable anti-spam and communications laws in the jurisdictions where they operate and where their recipients are located. These include, but are not limited to:
- CAN-SPAM Act (United States) — Requires that commercial messages include accurate sender information, a clear opt-out mechanism, and that opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — Requires prior express consent before sending automated calls or text messages to consumers, and mandates compliance with the National Do Not Call Registry.
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — Requires lawful basis for processing personal data, including explicit consent for marketing communications, and grants data subjects the right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) — Requires express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages, and mandates clear identification of the sender and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.

5. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at TrueCheck's sole discretion:
- Issuance of a formal warning requiring immediate corrective action
- Temporary suspension of your account and API access
- Permanent termination of your account without refund
- Reporting the violation to the appropriate legal authorities
- Pursuit of legal remedies, including seeking damages for harm caused to TrueCheck or third parties
TrueCheck reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take any action it deems necessary to protect the integrity of its platform and its users.
6. Reporting Spam
If you believe you have received spam or unsolicited messages sent through TrueCheck's platform, please report it to us immediately. You can file a report by emailing support@truecheck.co with the following information:
- The content of the unsolicited message
- The sender's phone number or identifier
- The date and time the message was received
- Any additional context that may help our investigation
TrueCheck will review all reports promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with this policy.

TrueCheck employs a range of technical and organizational measures to prevent spam and protect both senders and recipients:
